  • Medical / Dental / Vision / Rx Insurance. We provide a comprehensive PPO High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). To complement the HDHP, we offer Health Savings Accounts (HSA) that allow our employees to use pre-tax dollars to pay expenses below the deductible and to save for health care costs in retirement.
  • Leave. We combine vacation and sick leave into a single and generous leave accrual program.
  • Holidays. We provide employees with 10 observed holidays each year.

  • Short Term / Long Term Disability Insurance. We provide a company funded short term disability benefit that provides a source of income in the event of a non-occupational illness or injury. Should the disability be prolonged, this plan will provide income up to the point that Long Term Disability becomes effective. An employee must complete three (3) months of employment before being eligible for both of these benefits.
