The Net-Centric Systems Division (NCSD) provides system engineering, software development, fielding support, and sustainment services. Our network centric solutions implement information management components of the Department of Defense’s vision for network centric warfare. We build enterprise and tactical infrastructure services for information integration that provide power to the edge user and we develop enterprise applications that provide the Warfighter with Command and Control (C2) and Intelligence services.

Solers is the leading provider of information dissemination management technologies that support the DoD’s evolving Global Information Grid (GIG) Network Operations (NetOps) architecture. Our technologies include information awareness, access, delivery, and support services. Our information dissemination management capabilities are transforming into network centric enterprise services for content staging, messaging, and storage.
