Job Description:
Work with management team consisting of Program Manager, Contracting Officer, Training Manager, and Security Manager to ensure assigned technical, programmatic, financial and administrative support personnel consistently provide superior quality products to the Strategic Technology Office (STO) of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. As the Team Solers Quality Assurance Manager you will review all documents that are routed from an individual task order team through STO to include ARPA orders, Weekly Activity Reports, Program Approval Documents, Broad Agency Announcements, Program Briefings, Monthly Reports, Memorandum of Understanding/Agreements, R&D Descriptive Summaries, etc. You will also work with the Training Manager in developing training modules and support the Program Manager in monitoring and improving performance across assigned task orders.
Education:
A Bachelors Degree, in a relevant field.
Required Skills:
This senior level quality assurance manager must have demonstrated experience in developing metrics used to monitor and measure effectiveness, resultant reporting and a capability to remedy deficiencies. Experience working in DoD is desirable, within a DoD research and development organization is more desirable, and within DARPA is most desirable. A minimum of five years experience in a quality assurance or auditing position is desired.

•SECRET clearance.
