Medical/Dental Insurance. Solers provides a comprehensive PPO Copay/Deductible Benefit Plan. All premiums, including family coverage, are fully paid by Solers.
Life Insurance/AD&D. Solers provides employees with three (3) times their annual salary up to $350,000 in Basic (term) and Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance at no cost to the employee.
Short Term/Long Term Disability Insurance. Solers provides a company funded short term disability benefit that provides a source of income in the event of a non-occupational illness or injury. Should the disability be prolonged, this plan will provide income up to the point that Long Term Disability becomes effective. An employee must complete three (3) months of employment before being eligible for both of these benefits.
