Solers provides DARPA Program Managers in the Strategic Technology Office superior technical leadership and programmatic support, which translates to: 1) well structured and planned programs whose foundations are anchored by proven processes; 2) proactive, dynamic operating environments; 3) responsive and high quality products; and 4) quantitative measures of performance and progress.

• Strategic planning and technical analysis for program formulation
• Develop and research new ideas for formulation of new programs and seedlings
• Provide research expertise and program support of Government activities for procurements, schedules (technical and administrative), technical risk, user impact, and technology transfer efforts
• Assess proposals to determine the technical merit of proposal objectives and methodologies
• Review and document technical progress at program reviews and track milestones, funding profiles, and deliverables for ongoing efforts
• Identify Defense and commercial utility of new products and technology developments
• Translate user requirements into specific technology research and development objectives, illustrating benefits of applying technology to military equipments users and developers
• Develop technical, financial, and programmatic materials necessary to assist in the execution of programs
• Plan, prepare, and coordinate source selection process activities and documentation
• Develop program documentation and coordinate progress review activities and events
• Monitor and analyze cost, schedule, and performance metrics to ensure programs remain compliant
• Prepare, review, produce and finalize correspondence and briefing materials
