To complement the HDHP, we offer Health Savings Accounts (HSA) that allow our employees to use pre-tax dollars to pay expenses below the deductible and to save for health care costs in retirement.

Should the disability be prolonged, this plan will provide income up to the point that Long Term Disability becomes effective. An employee must complete three (3) months of employment before being eligible for both of these benefits.
